Rental Criteria

Income: The gross monthly income of all applicants must equal at least (2.5)x monthly rent

Credit: Depending on other criteria; no property debt, no evictions (both less than 3 years or reported within the last 3 years). A conditional result may require a guarantor, who will need to make an income of 5x monthly rent in gross pay or a higher security deposit.

Criminal: no felony convictions (less than 10yrs old), no violent, drug, or sexually related misdemeanors
